Kucch Luv Jaisaa (2011) Review

A housewife really upset with a husband who forgets her b'day.Goes out shopping ,buys new dress ,gets a makeover,buys a new car.Then she bumps into this criminal whom she mistakes for a private detective.Wishing for an adventure she tags along.Shefali Shah in 'Kucch Love Jaisa' looks good ,the movie in turn is written well.Rahul Bose plays the part of the hit man.Neetu Chandra plays his girl friend.Its a nice leisurely movie in the end.Little kid and his sister and the husband too come out well.

Just Go With It (2011) Review

Inspired from Goldie Hawn and Ingrid Bergman starer "Cactus Flower",this is a wonderful entertaining stuff.Jennifer Aniston is lovely in the movie,simple and natural,quite graceful and elegant.She plays the part Ingrid Bergman played in Cactus Flower. Walter Matthau's part going to Adam Sandler and Goldie Hawn's  part played by Brooklyn Decker.

Jennifer Aniston role is really well crafted,film is quite well written and keeps you engaged.Nicole Kidman drops in as her high school class-mate in Hawaii when her son blackmails Adam Sandler to take them all to Hawaii.Bailee Madison is wonderful and very funny as Jennifer's daughter who is keen on an acting career and practices all sort of weird accents.Griffin Gluck plays her brother and is involved in strange funny incidents in the movie.Both agree to plays Adam's kids.

Nick Swardson plays Eddie.Really strange guy goes on a dinner with Adam's girlfriend where a Sheep gets sick gives mouth to mouth to Sheep and is able to revive it.Hawaii Locations are really mesmerizing.The Hotel they stay in has great panoramic view.Brooklyn Decker and Jennifer Aniston look absolutely gorgeous in the Swim Scene in Hawaii.Brooklyn reminding of Bo Derek in 10.Lovely family movie to watch over the weekend.

404 (2011)

My friend Karkee asked me to go and see " 404 " .Turned out only two person were in the Hall.Other one left in the interval to see some other movie in the multiplex.Film in itself is Psychological cum scary.Not a bad movie.Tisca Chopra is really good here and bring some much needed sunshine here.Satish Kaushik 

plays a teacher here and is good support.Immaduddin Shah looks and acts good has quite a screen persona and charm simply effortless.Worth watching.Less about ragging more about psychological games and hallucinations and tricks brain plays on our eyes.

Little Fockers (2010)

Little Fockers is really good,great fun to watch it.Owen Wilson is really cool plays a nice guy here.Barbra Streisand here solves people's sex troubles,looks good.Dustin Hoffman is learning some dance both play Focker parents.Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro are great as usual.Both little kids are quite funny.And we have a scene where De Niro's pet cat swallows the chameleon pet of his grandson and late spit it out alive.And their are these root infested drain pipes at the party place.Saw it on DVD today great buy highly recommended.

Pirates of the Carribean (2011)

Penelope Cruz is good here,her role is full of humor and action.Else did not find anything new seems like the same stuff.Except first time seeing Mermaids who kill and eat humans.Scenes from London are filled with humour along with that fat king.Time-pass stuff.

Stanley ka Dibba

Its a movie without a story.Just telling incidents in a school.Where a teacher is obsessed with people's tiffins.A slow movie where you wonder where is it all leading to.Children have done a wonderful job here.Really good.Divya Dutta is wonderful too here.

Ragini MMS

Extremely misleading promos.it turned out to be a extremely scary movie.An old farm house haunted by a dead woman who goes on killing every one who comes their.

Luv Ka The End

Contrary to reviews which panned the movie,I found it quite entertaining.Especially the old granny uttering swear words and thinking her dead husband has came as Crow to harass and follow her around.Depiction of latest consumer technology is also interesting.Shraddha and rest of the cast is quite competent.

Love U Mr Kalakaar-Review

Saw this yesterday at PVR Phoenix.Its a really nice movie.Tushar is wonderfully simple,Amrita Rao looks beautiful.She is quite surprising in her elegance and her performance.Songs are good and go with the movie.The trekking song is shot wonderfully.Lush grass.soft blowing wind,little cloudy sky.The whole atmosphere is created deftly.Madhu from Phool Aur Kante is seen here after a long time and she looks good.

Chalo Dilli Review

Saw "Chalo Dilli" yesterday at infamous Phoenix Mall PVR,the place where a 24 year old woman recently  jumped off to her death from its 2 nd floor.Employees their seemed visibly shaken.

Movie is light,funny,simple and quite nice.Its about two travelers who get lost and waylaid coming from Mumbai to Delhi.Due to bad weather plane lands at Jaipur airport and then the story is about their travels from Jaipur to Delhi.Vinay Pathak is good as always and quite natural.Lara Dutta gives a controlled performance among all the mad mayhem around her and the completely outrageous situation they keep getting into.Yana Gupta's "laila o Laila" is ok.Akshay Kumar is in a special appearance here as Lara's husband.

Quite an enjoyable movie.Had quite an audience even in its second week and on a weekday too.

Dum Maaro Dum (2011) Reveiw

Saw it yesterday in its third week of release.Its a good well written movie.Direction and treatment is great.Prateik Babbar is good.Abhishek Bachchan is good too.Bipasha looks pretty.Aditya Pancholi performs well.

Title song sucks and has weird lyrics.Totally rotten.Rana Daggubati looks smart plays Bipasha's love interest has a pivotal role in climax.Vidya Balan has a special appearance.Is treated as an international movie.Their's a scene where Abhishek Bachchan puts a condom on his pistol dips it in chilli powder and insert it in a prisoner's rectum.

It was an adult movie but their were some parents who took their kids inside.PVR Phoenix personnel not caring to stop them.
