In case of Processor thermal trip,first clean your system thoroughly,then buy a new processor fan and heat sink compound.Replace the old fan with new applying heat sink compound too.
No use changing Bios or Drivers or formatting hard disks.
I was so flabbergasted by system shutting down again and again,sometimes message read Processor Thermal Trip.As soon as I got new Intel Fan and heat sink compound in my C.P.U. this problem got rectified.
