The Adventures of Tintin (2011)

Its a very intricately done movie and the backgrounds are done really well and to add to all this its in Glorious 3D.It has the best 3D effects I have seen ever. Each scene is so meticulous and elaborate that you have to see it twice to intake the full movie. One glance you miss and you loose something wonderful.

The story is what we all have read and seen many times.Their are three miniature Ship models which have clues to a treasure. The film engrosses you from the start where a kleptomaniac is pickpocketing while TinTin is getting his portrait done.At his apartment their are fun scenes between the House Cat and Snowy, their chase turns quite exciting enlivened by John Williams music.Their journey on a Sea Plane wrestled away from crooks is breathtaking.TinTin's adventure continue to the Desert City where the whole town is build on mountains and rocks. The Opera Singer's Shrill voice breaks the glass and the trained bird carries away the ship and takes out the clue from it.The chase sequences around the desert city involving Snowy and the Bird,Tintin,Captain Haddock and Ivanovich Sakharine plus all the other people is quite marvelous. The City is done vividly, backgrounds look very real and the whole chase sequence become the most exciting part of this wondrous offering from Steven Spielberg. It was great to see it in 3D.
