lawyer friend told me that in such cases, the lawyer from the other
side, arguing for the culprit, puts terribly embarassing questions and
the victimized woman feels it would have been better if no case was
filed. That problem will remain unsolved still.

Another point is that every law-maker always favor their
fraternity...... Every lawmaker always paves the way for their brother
to earn more..... :) Every lawmaker wants more people get involved in
court cases... Every problem should be resolved in front of court.....
you robust fool just only make their way easier by agitating with
emotion without applying commonsense....
