Ekk Deewana Tha (2012) Review

It was pretty boring especially in the second half,quite a lousy movie based loosely on 'Romeo and Juliet".This is a horrible as "Anjaana Anjaani" was or as "Rockstar" was in the second half.Songs by A.R.Rahman are good but hardly they get good treatment in the movie better just listen to them at home.

Amy Jackson is good in several scenes but can not help this boring story or badly penned script.Prateik is just so and so his luck or films he have may run out soon.Sachin Khedekar is good.Ramesh Sippy is in special appearance.Two ladies sitting at the back were so fed up by Amy's character that they said they had urges to slap her.There were giggles in hall frequently don't know whether they were enjoying the movie or mocking the film.The two girls siting behind me kept calling Prateik cute or whatever he did in first half.

Camera work was very lousy it did not captured the mesmerizing beauty of Kerala.First half is somewhat interesting,second half is pretty bad.Avoid it.
