Its a engrossing well-crafted Corporate based revenge drama with really interesting twists and turns and wonderful performances by lead actors.
Paoli Dam is a reporter who exposes a Cement Company giving bribe to get things in its favour.This upsets the Company Head Gulshan Devaiah who plays Siddharth Dhanrajgir.Sidharth entangles Paoli in his web by giving her a job with astronomical salary.After getting her to sleep with him,he next day dumps her and throws her out of the office.Paoli knows later on that she is pregnant with his kid.When she threatens DNA test and claims for half his property,Siddharth behaves in really evil way and gets Paoli kidnapped,he not only forcefully aborts her child but also ensures by his wicked ways that she never gets pregnant again.Siddharth stammers in front of his father which is makes him pitifully mean especially in climax scenes where Paoli exposes his fraud of running Cement Factories on paper only,Factories that are non-existent.Paoli's sexual escapades may remind you of "Dirty Picture".
Paoli when gets strength decides to take revenge.She gets into prostitution to get the money and also learn sex appeasing tricks from a hooker.She tricks one of Sidharth's CEO to sleep with her and steals information from his Cell Phone.The second half is filled with such interesting incidents one after another.Vivek Agnihotri directs really well.Music too is good enough.
Its not a cheap titillating film,but a very engrossing Corporate Drama.Its as good as one of those classic Bette Davis movies like Jezebel.
