Spellbound (1945)

Its one of the best film I ever saw really spellbinding,an on the edge thriller immersed in tender romance.If "Shadow of a Doubt" was a thriller with a feel of a Deanna Durbin musical."Spellbound" has the feel of a Tender romance where beautiful persona of Ingrid Bergman comes forth,she deep in love with Gregory Peck completely believing him in his innocence.There are many times in the movie where the viewer thing Gregory would attack Ingrid but it never happens,from this comes an on the edge quality in the movie.

" "Spellbound" is a lovely Hitchcock thriller based on Psychoanalysis,first movie of its kind.Gregory Peck keeps you on the edge,Ingrid Bergman is lovely here as his Psychiatrist.And the dream sequence is really out of the world where Peck remembers how in childhood he had accidentally killed his brother."
