There was a story in our Hindi Book on how Wolves ask sheep to support them in Jungle elections and on winning they order one baby sheep in breakfast and adult sheep in Lunch and Dinner.
When VAT came there were lots of protests but with no results.Similar protests were seen when Service Tax was imposed on basic amenities and Public welfare schemes like Insurance.And where does all of Tax payers money goes?
Throughout the last decade we had seen so many Corruption cases come up,where Public money is siphoned off into Politicians,Bureaucrats or Businessmen pockets or converted into so called "Black Money".There is so much loot of money that is meant for Welfare of Poor and downtrodden and also of our natural resources.So did the government impose these new taxes like VAT and service taxes so it can siphon of more money to their swiss-accounts or convert it into Black-money.Its a ridiculous thing in this free country to pay Taxes when moving across states.Seems like Public is their Sheep and they only want to fleece it.
