Pyar Ka Saaya was loosely based on ghost.the plot is quite like the Oscar winning hollywood movie.though the treatment and a number of hit songs by Nadeem Shravan make it quite different.direction and acting is good,song no.s like pyar ka saya,tumse thoda sa main door hoon,Ek Phool Sa Chehra Hai,Teri Dosti Se,Aaja Aaja Aa Bhi Ja,Tu Chahat Hai make it great to watch.it has romance,humor and drama.the two heroines sheeba and amrita singh give good performance.
